Terms and conditions
Crystallini Gonia welcomes you to its online store and presents you with the following terms regarding our obligations and rights towards all of you our customers.
Order Methods
To get the products you are interested in, you can:
Place your order quickly and easily through our online store. You can choose the products you like, place them in your shopping cart and by following the indicated steps, complete your purchase immediately.
Contact our customer service center on 210 7780845 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00) and one of our specialist associates will be at your disposal to inform you about the products you are interested in and to register the order The product codes presented in our online store will help to simplify the process of your order.
Visit our stores where our specialized staff will help you choose those products that are most suitable to satisfy your needs and desires.
Payment Methods
For your convenience and better service, the following payment methods are provided:
By debit or credit card at no extra charge.
Cash on delivery. You pay the total amount of your order in cash upon receipt of the goods from the cooperating transport company.
According to Law N. 4446 article 69 § 2, documents for individuals (retail receipts) and professionals (invoices) over €500 cannot be paid in cash (or cash on delivery), but using any electronic means (credit/debit card, electronic wallet (PayPal), deposit to Iris bank account etc. Cash on delivery is not available as a payment method for orders outside Greece.
Deposit to the company’s bank account. The bank account, to which you should deposit the exact final amount of your order as indicated in the order confirmation received by e-mail, is as follows:

Shipping Methods
The delivery of your selected products is made by the cooperating transport company at your place or wherever else you indicate to us. The shipping cost is included in the price and have been disclosed from the beginning.
Pickup from store
Product Delivery Time
The delivery time of your order is set within Attica in 3 – 5 working days and outside Attica, in 5 – 10 working days and depends on the place of dispatch and on the availability of the products you have chosen (for handmade items the delivery time may be longer).
In the event that there is no availability of all the selected products, our company will contact you in order to inform us if you wish for the delivery to be carried out in stages or alternatively for there to be some delay until its completion.
Cancellations
As long as you have registered your order and it has not been sent to you yet, you can cancel it for any reason with your relevant written request to info@crystallinigonia.gr.
In the event that you have already paid for your order via credit card or debit card, your refund is made directly to these accounts. In the event that you have paid for your order in a different way, your refund will be made by crediting your bank account that you will indicate with the IBAN number in your written request. In this case, if remittance cost arises, they will be charged to you. In any case, the refund is made within 15 calendar days of your written request.
Product returns
Crystallinigonia.gr accepts returns of products you have purchased from its website after your written request under the following conditions:
You have the right to return a product you have purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and with complete packaging.
Please send an email to info@crystallinigonia.gr to indicate your desire to return your products.

Returns are not accepted on offers or products which are engraved or advertised or offered with another product. Exchanges and refunds are not made in the subcategories Wedding Sets, Favors (wedding & children’s) and Wedding Wreaths.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible on wedding wreaths unless the product is faulty or you have received a different product than what you ordered. If the product is returned and no defect is found, it is sent back to the customer at his own expense. The same applies to wedding sets which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or the product arrived broken or damaged, in which case a replacement will be made.
In the event that the products do not meet the aforementioned conditions, they will be returned to their sender at their expense.
After 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, you fully accept the quality, quantity and price of the goods you received. Also no changes are made with different products after 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Substitutions
In the event that you receive a confirmed broken or defective product, crystallinigonia.gr will replace it for you at no cost to you, as long as you submit a relevant written request to us within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In this case crystallinigonia.gr will take care of its receipt and return. Then, and once the problem is confirmed, crystallinigonia.gr replaces the specific item with a new one free of charge within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the problem. Returns of defective items that have not been undertaken by crystallinigonia.gr are not accepted, while if no problem is found in the product you are returning, you will be charged the cost of the return.
In the very rare event that a replacement cannot be made due to a product being missing or removed, a refund will be made in accordance with the terms applicable to returns.
Secure Transactions
Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018 Official Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), and securely manages transaction data of card payments, according to the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified to the Card Transaction Security Assurance Standard (PCIDSS). All Everypay services are done through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the possibility of using the 3D Secure service, an additional security layer for VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners & Discover cards. The Payer will then have to enter his personal secret code to successfully complete the transaction.

The “My Account” option is for managing your shopping cart, reviewing previous orders, and editing your profile and details.
Shopping Cart
See extensively the products you have selected so far. Information such as name, quantity per product, cost per product, and total order cost is available.
Personal information
Change your personal information yourself such as: name, contact email, password, billing address, shipping address, etc.
Order history
Summary list of previous orders with total cost and order number. If you wish, by simply clicking on one of them, you will be able to see the detailed presentation with corresponding elements of the shopping basket, as it was configured in that order, and you will be able to choose directly and quickly products from those you had ordered in the past, without having to search for them again within the corresponding product categories or series.
